Clients are regularly afforded counseling and referrals in regards to social services, Medicaid, Public Assistance, job training, employment, etc. Many of them are trapped in crisis's they need help in resolving. Some suffer from homelessness, domestic violence,  alcoholism, substance abuse, etc. to name a few. They require help to start down the road of self-sufficiency. Others are recently unemployed and simply need a temporary hand in making ends meet.  Whatever the problem, they are afforded help upon request.  The goal here is that of aiding clients become self-reliant so that they will no longer have to rely on emergency assistance programs, but themselves instead.

     This web site was constructed with this in mind. Areas have been created to make it possible for clients to perform job searches, register with New York State's Department of labor, apply for unemployment insurance, and much more. Similarly, bulletin boards have been made available where anyone can seek help regarding important concerns day or night..
